TENDER NOTICE NO-01/2022-23

1    Sealed tenders on percentage basis are invited from reputed firms/contractors having PEC valid      registration or approved contractors of ETP Board with valid registration in relevant category for the      year 2022-23. Tender documents can be purchased on payment of tender fee from the office of the     undersigned during office hours on any working day on or before 30-08-2022 (05:00) on written request/ letter head accompanied with attested copy of CNIC, Certificate of ATL of FBR, copy of enlistment/ PEC License for the year 2022-23. Tenders will be issued to the proprietors of the Firms / Companies or their legally authorized representatives having registered power of attorney         (dully attested). The tenders in sealed cover should be dropped / received back in the tender box in the office of undersigned on 31-08-2022 upto 02:00 P:M and shall be opened on the same day at 02:30 P.M in the presence of participating bidders / representatives.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. No tender will be sold / issued on the date of opening of tenders.
  2. In case of public holiday, the receipt and opening of tenders will be the next working day.
  3. No tender will be issued through post, telegraph or E-Mail.
  4. If the contractor disfigure /disrupt the tenders, his earnest money will be forfeited in the favor of

Government besides punitive action as per rules

  1. Bid Security @ 2% of bid amount is required to be attached in the form of Call Deposit with the Firm / Company name from any Scheduled Bank of Pakistan in the name of the Secretary, ETP      Board, Lahore. No tender will be entertained without bid security @ 2% of bid amount.
  2. Tender Notice is also available at PPRA Website (www.ppra.org.pk)
  3. Any information / query regarding terms & conditions may be clarified from the office of undersigned.
  4. The Authority reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of bid proposal.
