INVITATION TO BID
The Evacuee Trust Property Board, invites sealed tenders, under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure on percentage rate basis for the work tabulated hereunder, from the Contractors/Firms registered with Income Tax, PRA & having valid license of Pakistan Engineering Council in appropriate category & field of specializations.
A Complete set of Bidding Documents containing detailed terms and conditions may be purchased by the interested eligible bidders on submission of written application supported by the requisite documents from the office of the undersigned upon payment of a non-refundable fee as shown against each in cash, latest by 11-10-2022 (Office Hours).
Bidders will submit two sealed envelopes simultaneously, one containing the Technical Proposal and the other Financial Proposals, duly marked separately with page numbering, signed & rubber stamped, and enclosed together in an outer single envelope, in consonance with Rule-36(b) of PPRA 2004, latest by 14-10-2022 till 2:00 PM. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of bidders/ representatives who choose to attend.
Bid Security i.e., fixed amount as shown against each work shall be attached with the Technical Proposal in shape of CDR, Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee in favor of Secretary ETPB, in accordance with the PPRA Rule 25- duly indicating the name & title of the firm by any schedule bank:
