CONSULTANCY SERVICES OF INDIVIDULAS/ FIRMS REQUIRED FOR AMENDMENTS IN LAND & PROPERTIES SCHEMES/ RULES OF EVACEE TRUST PROPERTY BOARD
The Evacuee Trust Property Board – ETPB, was established in 1960 and is a statutory Board of the Government of Pakistan functioning under the Act (Management & Disposal) No. XIII of 1975. It is a key government department which administers evacuee trust properties, including educational, charitable or religious trusts. ETPB also works for maintenance of holy shrines of Hindus & Sikhs, conducts visits of yatrees coming from Pakistan & abroad including their logistics and promotion of religious tourism.
ETPB intends to engage services of a consultant to amend the following Rules/ Schemes made under Evacuee Trust Properties Act No. XIII of 1975.
- Scheme for the Lease of Evacuee Trust Agricultural Land 1975
- Scheme for the Management & Disposal of Urban Evacuee Trust Properties 1977.
- Scheme for Removal of Encroachments & Demolition of Unauthorized Structures on Evacuee Trust Property, 1983
Individuals / Consultant Firms are invited to submit their technical and financial proposals in a “single stage two envelope” procedure as per Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA-Pakistan)

Sealed bids duly completed must reach to the undersigned on or before 20.09.2022 up to 2:00pm.
Bids will be opened on the same date at 2:30 pm in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend at ETPB Head office 9, Court Street, Islam Pura, Lahore, Punjab. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security amounting to Rs. 100,000/- (Rupees one hundred thousand) in the shape of Pay Order in the name of Secretary, Evacuee Trust Property Board Lahore.
